We just found out we can refinance Pemberley from a 30 year loan to a 20 year without raising our monthly payment. So, in just 20 short years Pemberley will be mine! All mine!!! Hot dog!

I looooooooove our boon high chair. We got it for Kitty 3 years ago. It is the best high chair I've ever used. So easy to clean, easy to move around, has a small footprint. I highly recommend it.

I have 2 kids in college and they go back to school this week! Woohooo! Mary, I know you have a long way to go until you have an empty nest but once that time comes it is a wonderful feeling to see your kids succeed in the world. :)

The best part is that Lydia is perfectly ok sharing breakfast with the Admiral. Not phased at all. A Good Padawan is she.
